Manchester Hash House Harriers (MH3) — 'a drinking club with a running problem' — is Greater Manchester's hash, founded around 2012. Main ~10K trails run on the 2nd Sunday and 4th Saturday of the month (meet 14:00 for a 14:30 start) in green areas around Greater Manchester with good public-transport links; on alternate Thursdays there's a laid-back city-centre social ('TITs' — Try it Thursday) at 18:30. Dogs and children are usually welcome (venue dependent). Hash cash is £3 (free on Thursdays) — your first trail earns a free beer.
