Sunday September 21st 2025 SH2B #57 – Sail away and Ride. Hare: Dim Sum Free Run Meet at 10:00am at Pier #50 Water Taxi departs at 10:30am for West Seattle, (15 minutes sail) and then we will be cycling on. Why the early start? Because , for anyone driving their car to the start, or else, we want to beat the Seahawks crowd and potentially get some of those free sunday parking spots. Indeed, on that day, the NFL football game Seahawks vs. New Orleans Saints will start at 1:05 PM at Lumen field. "The West Seattle Water Taxi can accommodate 26 bicycles per sailing on the M/V Sally Fox and M/V Doc Maynard vessels, while the Spirit of Kingston vessel has a lower capacity of 14 bikes." "Bikes are welcome at no additional charge. Please walk your bike between the pier entrance and the Water Taxi. Bicycles are limited to 73" long and 15" wide. Bags and trailers may need to be disconnected prior to being placed in the bike rack to allow more space".
