Log that you were at this run.
On Tuesday, 28 July, join the Honolulu Hawai‘i Hash House Harriers at 5:45 PM for Run #2314 starting at Crane Community Park in Kaimuki. Good news, everyone! The hurricane veered off course and downgraded itself to a tropical storm, thanks be to Gispert. Hashers should likewise downgrade expectations for trail this week as a jet-lagged harriette, Digging For Love, freshly back from the midwest, will throw together a trail that is sure to be wet, squelchy, legally questionable, and also shitty. There will be a turkey option of about 3.69 miles (shiggy level 2) and an eagle option of about 4.69 miles (shiggy level 2+). There shall be one beer check for all, because civilization has its limits. Eagles are advised that they will almost certainly get their feet wet. The remainder of their anatomies, (likewise the anatomies of the turkeys), should not become complacent, as they, too, will get wet. Possibly wetter. The hare will be away at 6:00, walkers away at 6:05, runners at 6:15. The H5 is a manuwahi (no cost) event so please remember to bring your own beverages and pupus for after the trail. Crane Community Park can be found at 2903 Kaimuki Avenue (https://maps.app.goo.gl/XAHtGcVSMbtBZ5yV6). Coordinates are 21.286163815543215, -157.81468150428086. Parking is available at Market City Mall, Ben Franklin crafts parking lot. On-afters, if we have one, will be at BREW'd craft pub, 3441 Waialae Avenue.
