It's that time of year again. The Annual SUP-H3 Oktoberfest Paddle & BBQ. This year we are moving it to Newport Beach. Meet at the Lower Castaways parking lot on the corner of Dover Dr & PCH at 9:30am. We will be toes wet around 10am. For those who need to rent a paddle board or kayak. You can get one at Southwind Kayak Center located directly across the water at 100 N. Bayside Dr. Get there early as it always has a line. BYOB for the beach beer check. After the paddle we will adjourn to the old Casa Riff Raff (660 Ross St., Costa Mesa), now Casa Dellie for the on-after BBQ and party. Cost for the on-after is $30 per person and includes: BBQ Brats, homemade pretzel buns (made by Dellie), homemade sauerkraut and German potato salad, apple strudel, snacks, Oktoberfest beer and hard seltzer. As always, we will have fun games and prizes. Oktoberfest costumes not required, but always fun to see you wankers dress up for these events!
