Now, some historical context. Last time I set trail, it came in at 1.5 miles. I have heard about it. I have heard about it at every event since. I have heard about it from people who weren't even there. One of you called it "a lap." Another called it "a warmup for the warmup." Somebody asked if the trail was still loading. So I've made adjustments. This one is slightly longer. I have taken your feedback extremely seriously and possibly a little personally. You wanted length, (that's what she said) you're getting length. If you were one of the loud ones, congratulations — this is your fault, and everyone will know it. Wear shoes you don't love. Manage your expectations. Trail is dog friendly, but not stroller friendly. On-After: Absolutely, unambiguously NOT family friendly. Do not bring the kids. Do not bring your mother. Do not bring anyone who will later be asked to testify. What happens at the On-After should be described to loved ones only in vague terms, like "we had snacks." See you at the start.
