Another Second City event! Hare: Snatchsquatch Hash Cash; $10 We have a location already! On-out, I am guessing 2:30 Come on out for a trail set by our own Snatchsquatch and hash around the far north side of Skokie for what is sure to be a great trail. MEETING INFO: Meet up at the playground behind the Community Center - it's a little over a quarter mile from the Oakton Yellow Line Station and trains operate every 15 minutes on the weekend. There is a parking lot for the community center and the water park off of Oakton between the Community Center and the train. There is also a smaller lot off of Kenton at the southern edge of the park if the main lot is full. If you're ambitious you can bike up there, it's a little over 3 miles from LaBagh Woods on the Valley Line Trail. SHAG WAGON: The hare will provide one. TRAIL INFO: True Trail should be a hare over 3.5M and there is a beer stop before we return to the park for circle. Directions to the beer stop will be provided if people just want to walk - it is approximately three-quarters of a mile from the start. There is an indoor bathroom at the beer stop, but you will need a mask to get inside. CIRCLE INFO: Circle will take place in Oakton Park - there is a large space and we might be able to get away with a small portable grill if anyone has one and wants to bring it. There is also the Water Playground right next to the Community Center - it costs between $8-$15 depending on where you live and is open until 7PM if you want to play in the water before or after trail.
