Sox: Ouch Ouch Ouch (substitutes for curse words, mostly self-inflicted). I allowed 30 minutes to get to this new destination for the start. My first mistake was going to the run (my fault). My second mistake was to input and rely on directions for which I asked Siri to go to the Pingry School! Who knew they had so many campuses. I knew of the one in Short Hills, another one in Basking Ridge and the one in Martinsville. So it accepted and set me south on I-287. I was on my way but when I got near Rt 202/206 South, it took me on back roads. I figured I had time, so I sat back & enjoyed the country ride to what I thought was Martinsville (except there is none in Martinsville- it's technically Warren). Every time I thought a left turn would come up, it was a right turn. And it brought me to the 4th campus near Liberty Corner. So even though I got off at 202/206, it took me on a 15-mile loop right back to that same intersection I got off from I-287 on. Now - panic & a call to the Hare. I arrived at 3:30, no one in sight. But then saved by Go4Hole's directions I jumped on the only trail in the lot, hoping to catch the pack. Headed to a small pond. Ran around it after a check and found marks here and there, on every trail I found in the Dealaman Preserve, it had at least one flour mark on it, but almost no more. Even the field he looped us on, never found anything but a full loop. Hopelessly confused by the hare's marks, I returned to the start & started running roads and the corporate parking lots. Eventually the hare drove by. I'd missed the BC & he indicated I should return to the start. But wait, I found 3 marks in a row in the lot, ran out to a main road and another 3 marks but no more. Gave up, ran roads back (no marks) with everyone awaiting my return. Must have been a good trail (not the usual DB death march- I did that). Rain started, circle was brief (few accusations) and then I was off while the pack mostly headed to Luka's. Hoping AE now has a more useable wri
